Services at the stage of investment implementation
Cost Management:
- monitoring and managing the costs of the Project implementation in a way ensuring its implementation within the framework agreed with the Investor of the budget,
- developing and updating cash flow forecasts for the construction of each stage of the works,
- verification and approval of monthly processing.
Administering the Lease Process:
- coordination of tenants' entry to the construction site, transfer of the front of the works,
- supervision of construction work carried out,
- coordination meetings with tenants,
- organizing the collection of tenants,
- enforcement of contractual obligations of tenants
Investor supervision
- investor supervision in the meaning of PB for the whole Investment,
- providing supervision services on site,
- supervising GW works,
- current analysis of threats and reconciliation of corrective measures aimed at realization of the Project under the assumed budget, schedule of works and quality of works,
- control of timeliness and completeness of deliveries,
- specification of faults and defects and effective supervision over their disposal,
- organization and management of the reception process and transfer of the facility to use,
- coordination of activities of all participants in the investment process in order to achieve timely authorization of the use of the facility,
- verification of the conformity of works carried out with the design documentation, contractual provisions and regulations in force.
